2022 Valentines Celebration Five course Dinner and Wine pairing

Five Courses: appetizer, salad, side dish, entrée and dessert all paired with wine. Skip lunch to leave room for this delectable meal! Please don't hesitate to reserve your dinner early.
Launching our Limited Production Truly Evocative, our Gewürztraminer which we infuse with elderflower and honey locally sourced from Goldie and Jim at Everything Alpaca . Enjoy the wines of Love which will include Truly Evocative, True Belle, Little Secret and a few more hidden gems.
The wine pairing will be themed in perfect balance with the wines matched for an evening of love. We have come up with a scrumptious menu of Five courses that will all be accented in amazing ways. From the past we have served Chocolate Port Sauce, Coconut Chocolate, Chocolate Dressing, White Chocolate and a special dessert with a Chocolate theme. We won't spoil the courses by giving a full description. But Beth selects amazing food. What she does with Chicken, Beef and salad is astonishing!
Dinner and wine pairing are complementary. We have indoor tasting room seating or for larger parties or more intimate setting we have the Gazebo, and i gloos. Igloos and Gazebo can comfortably seat eight adults. Pets allowed only in the Gazebo.
Couldn't find a baby sitter , Children are welcome in the Gazebo and igloo's, under seven they may share your dinner, Children 7 to 20 purchase an adult ticket and we will modify their experience with out alcohol. For this event no children or pets are invited to the tasting room.
