Southbank Theatre Company presents Seneca and the Soul of Nero, a new play by Marcia Eppich-Harris, September 23 through October 2 at the IndyFringe Basile Theatre, starring David Mosedale (Seneca) and Evren Wilder Elliott (Nero).
