13th Chili Bowl Fundraiser
Saturday, January 31, 2026, 1100 - 1400
The 13th Annual Chili Bowl Fundraiser, hosted by Saratoga Clay Arts Center, will take place on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at the Saratoga Springs City Center. This beloved winter tradition brings together local chefs, artists, and community members for a festive celebration of food, art, and giving back.
Five local restaurants will compete for the title of “Best Chili 2026,” with attendees sampling chili and casting votes for their favorite. The winning chef will receive a handmade ceramic trophy crafted by artists from Saratoga Clay Arts Center. Guests enjoy their chili in one-of-a-kind, handmade ceramic bowls, mugs, and chili crocks created by regional clay artists-each piece serving as both a functional keepsake and a work of art.
The event features live music, a lively community atmosphere, and draws more than 1,000 attendees annually. Proceeds from the Chili Bowl Fundraiser benefit Saratoga Clay Arts Center, To Life!, and the Wilton Food Pantry, supporting arts education, breast cancer advocacy, and food security in the region.
The Chili Bowl Fundraiser celebrates the power of local creativity and collaboration-bringing together local art, local flavor, and local impact in one unforgettable community event.
