Get ready for a magical day at the 7th annual StoryBook Village hosted by Speak Up for Kids of Palm Beach County
Join us on Sunday, March 10, 2024, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Mounts Botanical Garden in West Palm Beach.
The event is for children involved in the dependency system, their caregivers and families as well as adoptive families.
Explore around 25 StoryBook Booths presented by amazing organizations, offering a variety of around 2,000 books for adoption.

, activities, crafts, PBSO Community team, acrobats and dancing and loads of exciting happenings. This year's theme "Through the Looking Glass" boasts a Alice in Wonderland, come in theme or as you are, but come on out and enjoy!
Coleen LaCosta, the executive director of Speak Up For Kids, emphasizes the importance of events like StoryBook Village to the community. She says, “The children we serve have experienced some of the worst types of trauma imaginable. When a child victim of abuse gets to forget their circumstances and feel normal — even for just one day — that ignites a spark of hope.” We're beyond thrilled that the Mounts Botanical Garden recognizes the importance and lets us bring the community together to multiply that hope!
