20th Annual Strachan Hartley Legacy Run
Sunday, October 18, 2026, 0900 - 1100
The Strachan Hartley Legacy Foundation (SHLF) Run offers a challenging 10km, a family 5km, and a Kids Fun Race. There's something for everyone! Whether you are a competitive racer or looking to run your first ever 5km with your child, this is the Run for you. All courses start and finish at Handsworth Secondary. The event features fantastic prizes, awesome food, massage tables, face painting, celebrity guests and testimonies from Streetfront students. All contribute to the extraordinary community feel of this event, which is a 100% volunteer-run event. Every dollar earned supports Streetfront, a Vancouver School Board adventure-based learning program supporting at-risk youth to reach their true potential through sport and education.
