2nd Annual Hooked on Sargent Fishing Rodeo! July 24-26, 2025 at Joey's Bait Shop in Sargent, TX

Sargent, Texas on July 24th-26th 2025– The Hooked on Sargent Fishing Rodeo is an ANNUAL COMMUNITY EVENT FEATURING A KIDS AND ADULT, INSHORE AND OFFSHORE FISHING TOURNAMENT with trophy awards. The venue is Joey’s Bait Shop located at 27334 FM457, Sargent, TX 77414. The tournament starts at sunrise on Thursday and runs until final weigh in on Saturday at 5pm. Registration is $50 per adult and $10 per child. You won't want to miss this event!

THIS EVENT WILL ALSO HOST LIVE BANDS FRI/SAT NIGHTS (Steel Country on Friday night and Rewind Texas on Saturday night), DJ DURING THE DAY, FOOD TRAILERS, KIDS ZONE - BOUNCE HOUSE AND GAMES, LOCAL VENDOR VILLAGE, FOOD, COLD BEER, AND A LIVE AND SILENT AUCTION SATURDAY EVENING after final weigh in! Bring your fishing pole and your family to this fun filled event benefiting the Sargent and coastal community.
