The Old Theater Sets Sail with Captain Ron for 2nd Sunday Cinema in
Oriental, NC. Grab your eye patch and hoist the Jolly Roger - The Old Theater is bringing high-seas hijinks to the big screen with a special showing of the comedy classic Captain Ron on Sunday, September 14 at 3:00 pm to kick off our 2nd Sunday Cinema series.
Admission is free, but a suggested $10 donation will help support The Old Theater's ongoing programs and community events.
Moviegoers are encouraged to dress like pirates to get into the swashbuckling spirit. During intermission, attendees can test their maritime knowledge with nautical and pirate trivia for a chance to win small prizes and bragging rights as the sharpest sailor in the audience.
