On Saturday, October 11, 2025, beginning at 11:00 a.m., Catholic Outreach welcomes you to 245 South 1st Street for this cherished community tradition. With your $25 ticket, you'll enjoy a warm meal of soup and dessert, receive a handcrafted bowl to take home, and-most importantly-help ensure no neighbor goes hungry.

For three decades, Catholic Outreach has hosted the Empty Bowls fundraiser as a way to bring our community together around one simple but powerful act: sharing a meal so our neighbors don't go hungry. Each year, hundreds of supporters gather at 245 South 1st Street to enjoy soup, dessert, and fellowship, while taking home a handcrafted bowl as a lasting reminder of the hunger that still exists in our valley.

The impact of this event goes far beyond one afternoon. Proceeds from Empty Bowls directly support Catholic Outreach's food programs, which provide over 250 meals per day, six days a week, to individuals and families experiencing hunger. Last year alone, this amounted to tens of thousands of meals shared with neighbors in need. Thanks to your generosity, we are able to keep our pantry shelves stocked, meet emergency needs, and ensure that thousands of people across Mesa County have reliable access to nutritious food.

Empty Bowls is not just a fundraiser - it's a statement of compassion and community strength. Every $25 ticket helps put food on the table for a struggling neighbor, provides dignity to those in crisis, and extends a hand of hope to families working to get back on their feet.
