49th Annual Unionville Art Gala

(Kennett Square, Pa) - Unionville High School Art Gala celebrates its 49th year! The 2025 Unionville Art Gala begins Friday, November 21 from 6 to 9 p.m. and continues on Saturday, November 22 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Unionville High School, 750 Unionville Road, Kennett Square, PA 19348. Admission is free.
Visitors to the annual fundraiser will enjoy live music and light refreshments, and will have the opportunity to purchase local art. A Silent Auction will also be offered, featuring beautiful artwork donated by talented artists in the show, as well as select regional activities and outings. Donations to the silent auction along with business sponsorships are key components to the success of the Gala. The Art Gala will showcase approximately 60 local professional artists, and we are thrilled to announce that this year's featured artist is Sarah Snyder-Dinsel, a dedicated Chester County artist with over a decade of participation in the Art Gala. Sarah's artistic journey began with her passion for illustration, which led her to earn a BFA in Illustration from the University of Delaware. Her love of detail continues to guide her work today, whether she is painting beautiful local landscapes in a realistic style, capturing the unique spirit of beloved pets in her portraits, or creating hand-painted decorative pieces.
While Sarah's paintings are often influenced by her illustrative roots, she also enjoys exploring compositions that open up imaginative, limitless spaces, giving her work a playful and distinctive quality. From her home studio in Chester County, she continues to share her love of storytelling through art that is versatile, timeless, and deeply personal.
Additionally, our own truly exceptional Unionville High School student artists will be featured in a separate student art show running concurrently with the Gala, with the 2025 Featured Unionville High School Student Artists to be announced in October.
The Art Gala is a top fundraiser for the UHS PTO, helping to fund a wide variety of educational enrichment projects that enhance the overall experience of our high school students. The UHS PTO will benefit from 30% of all art sales and 100% of all silent auction donations and sponsorships.
