9th Annual Toys for Tots Sporting Clay Shoot Fundraiser

The Top Gun Sportsman's Club is proud to announce they will be hosting the 9th Annual Toys for Tots Sporting Clay Fundraiser with proceeds to benefit the Jefferson County Marine Corps League Toys for Tots campaign. The event will take place on Saturday, December 2nd at the Top Gun Sportsman's Club located at 4273 Highway 47 in Lonedell, MO, just 45 minutes from the St. Louis area. This Sporting Clay Fundraiser has become a highly anticipated event, with participants from the St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson, Franklin, and Washington County areas that are passionate about supporting their local communities and making a difference in the lives of children during the holiday season.
"We are thrilled to host this fundraiser shoot for the 9th consecutive year" said Stan Dix, Co-Owner of Top Gun Sportsman's Club. "We host several great corporate events and fundraisers at the club each year and this shoot is such a rewarding experience for our club members and staff. I am lucky enough to host this event with my four sons and my dad, so we have 3 generations of my family, as well as our staff, working to make this event a success. We are so grateful for the overwhelming support from our club members, small businesses, and corporate sponsors that we receive each year. Over the past 9 years, we have raised over $40,000 and contributed thousands of toys to be distributed through the Jefferson County Marine Corps League. So many people coming together to make a significant impact in the lives of children in need and bring smiles to their faces during this holiday season."
This year's event promises to be bigger and better than ever before, with a range of exciting activities and opportunities for up to 96 participants to showcase their shooting skills while contributing to a worthy cause. The fundraiser will feature a challenging 12 station sporting clay course, designed to test the marksmanship and precision of participants. Whether you are a seasoned shooter or a beginner, this event offers a fun and inclusive environment for all skill levels. Participants will have the opportunity to compete individually or as part of a team, fostering camaraderie and friendly competition among attendees.
In addition to the sporting clay course, the event will also include various raffles, auctions, and other fundraising activities. Generous donations from local businesses and community members have ensured an impressive array of prizes, including sporting equipment, gift certificates, and unique experiences. All proceeds from the event will go directly to the Jefferson County Marine Corps League Toys for Tots campaign, ensuring that underprivileged children in our community receive gifts and experience the joy of the holiday season.
The event is open to the public, and participants must register by Friday, November 17th to secure their spot. Registration is limited to 48 shooters per flight. There will be 2 flights available to choose from. The registration fee of $85.00 per person includes a 100 target sporting clays course, golf cart rental, safety equipment and a delicious lunch. Trophies will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place individuals and to the highest scoring team of 4. Ammunition is not included, but will be available the day of the fundraiser for purchase at the club's pro shop. Complimentary drinks and snacks will be provided throughout the day. Non-shooters are also welcome to attend and show their support by participating in the various fundraising activities.
