An Evening at Hamel Estate Featuring L'Etoile Restaurant

Hamel presents a special dinner at the winery estate in Sonoma featuring a four-course menu from Chef Tory Miller of L'Etoile Restaurant in Madison, Wisconsin, and Hamel Executive Chef Thomas Mendel. Join us for an evening of fine dining and specially selected Hamel wines under the stars.
Chef Tory received a James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef Midwest in 2012 and continues to win high praise both locally and nationally for L'Etoile's excellence in food, wine, and service. Notable recognitions include Gourmet Magazine’s “America’s Top 50 Restaurants” and Saveur’s “Top 100.” At L’Etoile they believe in supporting local farms and artisan producers, encouraging young farmers to explore heirloom varieties and heritage breed animals.
Founded in 2014, Hamel is a family-owned winery that produces estate-grown wines from certified biodynamic and organic vineyards on the western hillsides of the Mayacamas Mountains in the Moon Mountain District and Sonoma Valley.
