Dunmow Art Group are proud to announce a New Venue for their Autumn Art Exhibition and Sale. This year it will take place at St. Mary's Church, STEBBING, in October.
The Autumn Art Exhibition will take place over the weekend of October 10th and 11th, from 10am until 4pm on the Saturday and 1.30pm until 4pm on the Sunday.
Entry is free and there will be refreshments and a raffle available.
Audrey McNeill, Chair of the Dunmow Art Group said: "St. Mary's Church in Stebbing has undergone a transformation with its restoration now complete. Dunmow Art Group has been supportive of the renovation throughout. It has become a beautiful, light-filled space in which to showcase our members' work. We are looking forward to displaying a wide range of works from our members to a wider public in this new location."
There will be a range of artworks for sale in a variety of styles from original oil paintings, acrylics and watercolours, to collages, mixed media, ceramics, prints, textiles and cards.
We will also be displaying work from the Dunmow Photography Club. Their Chair, Martin Senior, said "We are delighted to be joining Dunmow Art Group again in this new venue, bringing our work to a new audience."
Dunmow Art Group has a long history of supporting artists and art lovers in Dunmow and the surrounding area and has a regular programme of weekly art meetings and monthly visiting artists and workshops.
