Join us for an empowering experience as we take on the BOX YOUR HEART OUT classes led by Coach Julia! Are you ready to release any lingering frustrations and breakups of the past? This is your chance!
Date: February 13th
Time: 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM Classes Available
In these special sessions, we invite you to bring along a picture of anyone who has ever broken your heart, whether it's an ex, a friend, a parent, or anyone else. We'll be taping these images onto our punching bags, giving you the opportunity to physically and symbolically release those negative emotions.
