BYOD Vancouver
Sunday, August 16, 2026, 1000 - 1700
BYOD (Bring Your Own Dog) is a free outdoor festival for dogs and the people who love them, taking over the grounds of the DoubleTree by Hilton North Vancouver on Sunday, August 16 from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Spend the day browsing local pet vendors and businesses, watching dog-friendly activities and demonstrations, and enjoying live music. Three dog-friendly patios are open, including a beer patio for the humans. There are giveaways and samples throughout the day, a gazebo doggy photobooth with donations going to About A Dog Rescue Society, and dogs available for adoption.
BYOD is also launching I Dig You, a free bandana with one simple rule: if a dog wearing one walks up to you, say hi to their human. The bandana means the person on the other end of the leash is up for a chat, and their dog gets to choose who with. No apps, no profiles, no awkward opening lines.
Admission is free and there is no registration required. Parking is free on site, with free street parking and transit nearby. Well-behaved, leashed dogs of all sizes are welcome.
Presented by GoDoggo in collaboration with the Pet Lover Show.
