After Ben Franklin reenactor, Jack Sherry, recites the annual reading of the Declaration of Independence at Van Wyck Hall in the Village of Fishkill at 11 am, he is coming to the Van Wyck Homestead Museum to give attendees insider details of how the Declaration was drafted and what was removed before it was sent to King George III.
