FAQ

How can you create connection in Shibari rope play?Connection in Shibari comes from being attuned to your partner-emotionally, physically, and energetically. It involves being fully present in your own self-expression, understanding your boundaries, and honoring your partner's. Deep connection arises when both partners are grounded in trust, intention, and mutual respect.
What experience level is this class for? This class is open to all levels-from complete beginners to more experienced rope enthusiasts. It's also inclusive of all identities, bodies, and dynamics. Whether you're exploring for the first time or deepening your practice, you're welcome here.
AGENDA
There will be an opening circle for us to introduce ourselves and get to know you, and of course we'll discuss and review consent and how to negotiate your scenes.
We'll do warm up exercises to acclimate your body and to learn how you are feeling and how far you should push your body or your partner.
We'll teach a Single Column Tie, and do some connective authentic relating activities to enhance rope play experience.
At the end we'll circle up to share key take-aways, feedback, insights, and integration.
