Bournemouth International Film Festival

Bournemouth International Film Festival (BIFF) 2026 is a two-day celebration of emerging filmmaking talent, taking place on 9-10 October. The festival showcases bold new voices through curated screenings of short and feature films from the UK and around the world.
Across the weekend, attendees can take part in industry talks, panel discussions, and workshops designed to support filmmakers at all stages of their careers. The programme also includes networking opportunities with creatives, producers, and industry professionals.
The festival culminates in a prestigious black-tie awards night, recognising outstanding work across multiple categories.
BIFF is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, with all proceeds reinvested into year-round initiatives that support filmmakers, including bursaries, training, and production opportunities.
