- Unwind with deep breathing and chair yoga exercises, creative activities, and mindful reflections.

- Connect with fellow caregivers, share your experiences, and leave feeling refreshed and empowered.

We know caregivers are busy, so feel free to drop in for part or all of the program. Dinner is provided, and space is limited. Pre-registration is required.
