Cedar Mountain Battlefield Tours

Join one of our veteran guides to explore this 1862 battlefield largely unchanged since the Civil War, where Stonewall Jackson faced Federal commander Nathaniel Banks in what Jackson said was his greatest achievement. Guides are on-site for standing tours at 10 AM on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month, however tours can be scheduled for other times or with a special focus. No fee for a tour, but donations help support preservation, stewardship, and education. Tours start at the visitors center six miles south of Culpeper at 9465 General Winder Road, Rapidan, VA.
