Keynote Speakers:

Valentyna Pavsyukova - Founder and president of the nonprofit, Chalice of Mercy. Valentyna will share about the current situation in her home country of Ukraine. She will speak about the ongoing war which is perpetrated by the continued brutal attack of Russia. Her testimony will describe the extraordinary relief efforts of Chalice of Mercy, which has shipped medical supplies and other emergency aid items valued at over $50 million.

Olena Golubenko - a young wife and a mother of a 7-year-old girl, from the city of Uman, Cherkassy region of Ukraine. On June 8, 2023, while returning home from her job as a nurse, she was hit by a Russian rocket and found herself in the very epicenter of an explosion that caused her to lose her left leg with a 50% chance of survival. Thanks to the teamwork of Chalice of Mercy and the Protez Foundation, Olena received a high-quality prosthetic leg and is now able to walk.

Dmytro Veremeev - is from the Zaporizhzhia region of Ukraine. At the beginning of Russia's full invasion into Ukraine, he volunteered to defend his country. He served in the ranks of the 3rd SSB. During a combat mission in the Andriyivka, in Donetsk region, he was seriously wounded by enemy mortar fire. As a result, his right leg had to be amputated. Dmytro came to the USA to receive his free prosthetic leg at the Protez Foundation clinic sponsored by Chalice of Mercy.
