Chris and Melissa Bruntlett: Meet, Greet and Bike Ride

Celebrated authors, advocates, and former Vancouverites Melissa and Chris Bruntlett return to Canada to share their story of relocating their young family to the Dutch city of Delft, and how becoming Dutch citizens reshaped their lives.

No return trip to Vancouver for the Bruntletts would be complete without a group ride celebrating the continuously growing cycling culture in Metro Vancouver. Organized in collaboration with HUB Cycling, a group ride welcoming all ages and abilities will be held, taking participants through a North Vancouver neighbourhood as a celebration and source of inspiration.

We start with coffee and juice, along with healthy pastries, at the Lynn Valley Branch and take a look at their e-cargo bike. Then we head out to explore the Spirit Trail in Lower Lonsdale and reconvene at MONOVA to check out the Sustainable Transportation Journey exhibit.
