Renowned for his creative approach to cocktail development and his ability to educate and inspire, Gareth spent his early career behind some of the most respected bars, where he cultivated a passion for innovative flavor combinations and hospitality excellence. Over the past decade, he has traveled the world in his role with Luxardo, championing the art of classic Italian liqueurs and sharing the brand's 200-year legacy with bartenders, hospitality professionals, and cocktail enthusiasts around the globe.

A frequent contributor to the international drinks conversation, Gareth's work and expertise have been featured in leading industry publications and platforms, and he continues to serve as a trusted voice on cocktail trends, flavor innovation, and education. Today, he remains dedicated to advancing the craft of mixology and fostering a global community of bartenders who share his passion for quality, creativity, and tradition.
