Wolf Coffee has been family owned and operated for 30 years in Sonoma County. Their expert instructor will lead you through the sourcing and roasting process, teaching you how to identify precisely the styles and flavors you like best.

Then you'll get to experience a coffee cupping session, tasting coffees made from beans sourced from around the world. These coffees will be carefully paired with different sweet and savory foods-a fabulous way to see how matching your coffee to your meal can change and enhance the flavors of each.

Participants will leave this class with a whole new vocabulary for coffee, a finely honed nose for aromas and flavors, and a bag of their preferred Wolf Coffee blend.
