At 24 years old, Maddie Wiener has opened for Dave Attell, Anthony Jeselnik, Nikki Glaser, Joe List, Drew Michael, Jared Freid, Andrew Santino, and others. She was selected as a New Face at the 2021 Just for Laughs Festival, and recently taped a stand up set for Comedy Central. She has also appeared on You Up w/ Nikki Glaser on Comedy Central's Sirius XM channel, and PAUSE with Sam Jay on HBO. She currently co-hosts the We’re Having Gay Sex Podcast with Ashely Gavin. She is a regular at The Stand in New York City, Goodnights Comedy Club in her home state of North Carolina, and several weird bars in between.
Comedy @ Commonwealth, Northern Kentucky’s only comedy club, is housed in Commonwealth Sanctuary, the historic, former Tower Methodist Church, built in 1914. The original stained glass windows and custom-built, curved pews are all still on site. Now, in its new life as a Community Events Venue, this beautiful old building hosts the best stand-up comedy, music, theater, and cinema that you can find in the Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati area. The facility features a full sound system, programmable stage lighting, a 150-inch rear projection movie screen, and a concession stand where we serve a full menu, including beer, wine, and cocktails.
