DRACULA - Alive at the Paramount!
IBT’s DRACULA is the perfect Halloween treat for Ghoulish Grown-ups and Halloweeners in search of something dark and edgy to do in late October. But, whatever you do, don’t go alone. We suggest digging up an old friend or two dragging them out with you to see what everyone is screaming about!
IBT’s original dance theatre performance brings the stage to life with DRACULA. We must warn you that this is not your typical boy-meets-girl Vampire Love Story. DRACULA is set in Gothic times with costumes and pageantry one would expect. You will bear witness to celebrations by village people lost in time, zombies that are both slithery and fashionable, tap-dancing demons, and Gypsy dance battles taking place on the edge of town.
IBT’s production of DRACULA was inspired by the legendary stories of Bram Stoker and features haunting choreography by Vera Altunina, Jerry Tassin, and Francois Serra y Berga with a soundtrack provided by three of the most popular composers of the late 1800’s, Charles Gounod, Astor Piazzolla and George Enesco.
