Lighter fare on offer includes Canadian duck confit poutine to vegetable dumplings, charcuterie, house made guacamole, creative salads such as arugula, yellow beet and goat cheese.

Dishes on offer include GULF ISLANDS SEAFOOD BOWL, BEEF TENDERLOIN, FRASER VALLEY PORK CHEEK and HOKKAIDO SCALLOPS, SLOW-BRAISED ROSEMARY-INFUSED LAMB SHANK. A native of Vancouver, Tony Genge is one of Canada's leading jazz pianists. His cool and swinging style references the great jazz piano tradition of Ahmad Jamal, Red Garland, and Wynton Kelly. Tony is also a respected composer and educator with a Ph.D. in composition.
