Join AARP Virginia as we host Mercy Chefs for Dinner in a SNAP! Mercy Chefs is a disaster relief kitchen new to the Richmond area and based in Portsmouth, VA. The Dinner in a SNAP program is a virtual cooking demonstration that teaches participants how to cook healthy meals at affordable prices. All ingredients can be purchased with SNAP benefits.
Each week will feature a different recipe. Attendees will receive a link to the recipe and a shopping list with the confirmation email.
