E8 Art and Craft Trail
Saturday, June 7, 2025 -- Sunday, June 8, 2025, 1100 - 1700
For the fourth year running the E8 Art and Craft Trail invites art lovers, shoppers and the curious to walk around the neighbourhood and meet the artists and makers who live and work here.
There is a wide range of work on show and for sale including traditional and contemporary paintings, prints, illustrations and drawings, as well as ceramics, glass and sculptures. There will also be jewellery, textiles, mixed media art and photography on show.
As well as established favourites, there are some new participants this year including Annaleaclelia Tunesi with her incredible ceramic forms and Gina McQuen who is a specialist leather artist.
An interactive trail map can be followed easily on a phone and a printed map can be downloaded from the website.
“Being a part of the four previous E8 Art and Craft Trails and seeing the event go from strength to strength has been really life-affirming and a testament to the power of creativity in our local Hackney community,” says Jim Boddington, organiser and ceramicist.
“I’ve lived in Dalston since the mid 80s and the one constant has been the presence of artists and musicians here. It’s great to see this heritage celebrated and be part of its continuation”. Hedy Parry-Davies, artist and organiser.
“It has been so good to take part in the trail – I’ve met so many neighbours and fellow artists through it”. Frances Steele, painter and organiser.
