Saturday, October 19, 2024 -- Sunday, October 20, 2024, 1000 - 1600
THANK YOU for bringing your family and friends to DISCOVER Country Crossroads. SEE and LEARN things you don’t see at most other shows. We feature all types of Working Antique Farm Equipment and Construction Equipment. Plus large displays of Tractors, Trucks, Fire Trucks, Cars and Equipment! Something for everyone!
The late Kenny Moore, Jr. had a vision and great imagination as he started this great annual event on his farm named Country Crossroads. He grew up on a farm in Killbuck, Ohio and came to Dresden when he was 19 years old to start a farm machinery business till his death in 2013. His love for tractors and trains can be seen here. The Cracker Jack Railroad and Captain Bryant’s Grist Mill were some of his biggest projects. He made several trips to Baraboo, Wisconsin to bring home the train engines and to take up the narrow gauge railroad and ties. Then laying it on the grounds. The mill was originally located in Dresden so with a limited crew they took it down and reassembled here. He wanted to share his dream with everyone and to see the faces of the young children light up. He had two words in his vocabulary you would hear every day. “THINK” and “LERM” You are thinking LERM is not a word but it is was to him and now to our family.
L = Life E = Education R = Responsibilities M = Memories
Hopefully now you will use his words daily and help us to keep his memory and dream going. All donations go directly back into the grounds and upkeep of the equipment so we can continue the show again next year. Your support and donations are greatly appreciated. Enjoy the day!!
