Stephanie Rosenbaum Klassen is the manager and lead educator of the Farm Shop and Tasting Room at Gold Ridge Organic Farms. Before joining the team, she authored several cookbooks, including A Little Taste of San Francisco and World of Doughnuts, and contributed to publications such as The New York Times, San Francisco Chronicle, and Edible East Bay.
