Elizabeth Freeman Center's RISE Together Pittsfield
Tuesday, September 16, 2025, 1730 - 1900
Please join Elizabeth Freeman Center for six powerful community walks to end domestic and sexual violence in Berkshire County and beyond. Rise Together brings in friends, families, neighbors, and community leaders to honor survivors, remember those we have lost, and take a stand for a safer, more just future for all.
The Pittsfield walk starts and ends at Persip Park, at the corner of Columbus Avenue and North Street. After an inspirational welcome ceremony, we'll set out together on a roughly one-mile loop down North St. Bring your own sign or grab one of ours! Here is how you can get involved: Click on this link to make a donation, start a fundraising team or sponsor our event. https://elizabethfreemancenter.org/risetogether25/
New this year, we have some exciting rewards: Raise $200+ to earn our exclusive 2025 Rise Together t-shirt; raise $500+ and you will get to add a limited-edition Rise Together hoodie to your collection!
For over 50 years, Elizabeth Freeman Center has addressed the urgent and ongoing needs of survivors of domestic and sexual violence in Berkshire County. Our services include 24/7 emergency response, shelter, counseling, legal and housing advocacy, youth violence prevention, economic empowerment, specialized programming for immigrants, LGBTQ+ and disabled survivors, and more! Look for other walks in Great Barrington, Lenox, Lee, Williamstown and North Adams.
