Florida Avenue, Florida Streets, and Florida Neighborhoods Across America

My name is Tamar Palmera and I want to cordially invite you to my art exhibit titled "Florida Avenues + Florida Streets + Florida Neighborhoods across the U.S." at 13800 Tamiami Trail, North Port, FL 34287.


Artist Statement: Back in 2013-2017, while being in places like Louisiana, Georgia, and Texas, I came across neighborhoods and streets named "Florida," and I decided to embark on a photography project that focused on the same. This photography project is an ode to the citizens and great state of Florida, and I wanted to showcase the work to fellow Floridians (whether born, raised, or recent transplants) to instill pride and thankfulness to be from/living in such a great state full of culture.

Alongside my photography exhibit dedicated to Florida, I also did a music project titled "Florida" as well on all music streaming platforms.
