Flower Festival and Historical Display
12th – 19th July 2025, 10am - 4pm Daily
Join us in celebrating 800 years of Worship at Cossington Church with a week of floral beauty, music, food, and history. The church will be filled with stunning themed flower displays and fascinating exhibits reflecting the church’s remarkable heritage.
Event Highlights:
Saturday 12th July – Opening Day
Church open from 10:30am with refreshments and a Ploughman’s Lunch
Enjoy the sound of church bells ringing, performed by local bell ringers from surrounding parishes
Sunday 13th July – 2pm Music and Cream Teas
11am Sunday Service
2pm - The Worle Wind Band will perform in the churchyard
Bring a chair or blanket, relax and enjoy the music with delicious cream teas
Wednesday 16th July – Extended Coffee Morning
From 10:30am Join us for our usual coffee morning, extended with a light lunch service in the church
Saturday 19th July – Big Breakfast and Tower Climb, with Cossington in Bloom Awards
From 10:00am enjoy a hearty Big Breakfast
Climb the church tower for breathtaking views across the village
Cossington in Bloom Awards will be announced
