Founders' Day 2025 at the Richville Library

Back by Popular Demand with almost 500 attendees last year! The Excitement is building!
Slow down and follow the signs to free parking in the field off Cole Hill Road!
Join us for a fun filled day Craft Shopping, Face Painting, Local Author book signings, create some art, tap your toes and twirl to the music. Find out how this community thrives with our Community Tents. Stroll through our Pop up Museum, Bake Sale, and other Library fundraising activities. Have fun playing some Vintage Games for all ages. Have a bite to eat at The Dragon Wagon Food Trailer prepped and stocked for an even bigger and better food experience!
Before the Richville Library was built over 100 years ago there was Community here. We celebrate this fact learning about who ran our small general stores, our school, chapel, and our train station. Come see how deep our roots were at the turn of the 20th Century. As well as who the Founders' of our Library were.
This is a Fundraising event for the Richville Library. 34 Day raffle tickets will be sold $5 per ticket with prizes drawn each day until July 31, 2025. All prizes are donated from private community members and local businesses. The library will also be selling Baked goods, Used books, aprons, blankets, and historical books. Some Community nonprofit tents and musicians in attendance will also be fundraising. Authors will be selling and signing book purchases.
ATM will be onsite for cash. NO entry or Parking fee. Donations always excepted.
Temporary Bathroom outside and ADA Compliant Restroom Available inside.
