DATE: Sunday, OCTOBER 19, 2025
TIME: 1 p.m.
LOCATION: Million Dollar Theater, 307 S. Broadway, Los Angeles CA 90013
TICKETS: FREE ADMISSION, NO TICKET NEEDED
PRESS REVIEWS:
"A gloriously weird and wildly introspective punk rock puppet show for the soul...a film that is worthy of being wrestled with...The acting is exceptional...Come for the puppets, stay for the crisis of faith." Film Threat
"A psychedelic journey between disillusionment and lucidity... it's rough, uncomfortable, strangely funny... a punk scream disguised as a children's show... a mix of nihilism, black humor and inexplicable tenderness... It's an uncomfortable experience, yes. But also a brave one--- original, raw and very, very alive." Film Critical Space
"Raucous... very brash...Takes the tone of something like Sesame Street and makes it adult...Unexpectedly sympathetic...passionate in a critical way without becoming harsh or stubborn...Extremely creative...it strongly taps into that punk and anarchic vibe while holding on to a curious yet frank tone." Film Carnage
"It's a very funny film...It's great!" Creating Dangerously Podcast
I'd Rather Be Turned Into Cat Food features an exciting soundtrack that includes vocals from stars Jack Grisham and Keith Morris, as well as amazing newcomer Max Galbreath (from "ttwopercentmilk") and violinist/composer Cecilia Suhr. The soundtrack will be released on Geza X Records in October 2025.
