Free Easter Family Event in Woodford This Week: Crafts, Games and Children's Entertainment

Free Easter Family Event in Woodford This Week - Open to All

Families across Woodford and the surrounding areas are invited to enjoy a free Easter family event in Woodford this week as The Liberty Church hosts Easter Fun for the Whole Family on Saturday, 28 March 2026 at The Liberty Church, Woodford, IG8 0UP. The event is completely free and open to all, including families who have never visited the church before.

Created with the wider community in mind, the event offers a fun and welcoming day out for children, parents and carers looking for free things to do with children this weekend, Easter activities for kids in Woodford, or a family-friendly event near East London.

Families can enjoy a craft station, face painting, photo booth, classic games, chill-out zone and children's entertainment, all at no cost. Organisers are encouraging local families to take advantage of the opportunity while it is still ahead this week, especially as many parents are searching for affordable activities during the Easter season.

The church is keen to make clear that this is not just for regular attenders, but for the whole community. Whether families are local residents, new to the area, have never been to church, or are simply looking for a positive and welcoming family day out, they are warmly invited.

The event also takes place the week before The Liberty Church's Easter Sunday Celebration, and families, individuals and members of the wider public are warmly welcome to attend that service as well.

Anyone looking for a free family event in Woodford, a community Easter event, or a fun local activity for children this weekend is encouraged to come along and spread the word.
