Great Alaska Zoo Pre-carved Pumpkin Drop Off
Monday, October 20, 2025, 1000 - 1700
Bring pre-carved pumpkins with no chemicals or decorations to the zoo gate from October 20-24 (10am-5pm). We will have a form for you to complete and your creation will be displayed with other entries at Zoo Boo on October 25. Zoo staff will choose winners in the categories (see below) and all creations will be displayed along the Coffee Shop lawn. After the event, the animals will receive the pumpkins for enrichment!
Age categories and prizes:
~ Age 13 and under: $50 in the Zoo Gift Shop.
~ Age 14-17: A moose feeding for two.
~ Adult: A zoo family membership or level-up if you are a member.
