Join us on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at Paterson Park for Hike for Hospice, a nationally recognized fundraising walk supporting compassionate end-of-life care and grief support in Delta.

Hosted locally by Heron Hospice Society, this family-friendly community walk brings neighbours together to support individuals and families facing life-limiting illness, and grieving the loss of a loved one.

When someone is living with a life-limiting illness or grief, isolation can grow quietly. Heron’s programs exist to interrupt that isolation - providing no-cost grief counselling, caregiver support, and community-based end-of-life programs so no one in Delta has to navigate these seasons alone.

Isolation shrinks when someone goes first.
