Join us for our party-perfect appetizer class, just in time for menu planning before the hectic holiday season. You will learn how to craft easy yet elegant small bites to elevate your holiday entertaining. Gain hands-on experience preparing tempting starters, from impressive French gougères to simple yet delicious roast figs with goat cheese, and a classic savory flatbread. You’ll also learn how easy it is to vary toppings, transform a puff into a stuffed one, and raid the fridge and pantry for new variations, multiplying your party recipes with ease while accommodating every diet. Participants will create: French cheese puffs two ways, Crostinis, Alsatian Tarte Flambé - Ham and Cheese Flatbread, Goat Cheese with Roasted Figs, with variations.
