Jazz Vespers

Get ready for an uplifting afternoon of live jazz, poetry, and prayer as The United Methodist Church of Westport and Weston ("UMC-WW") located at 49 Weston Road, Westport, CT proudly presents Jen Allen-jazz pianist her ensemble on Sunday, October 19th at 4pm. Vespers is an ancient prayer rite, meant to give thanks for the day just past, and bring one closer to God as nightfall comes. Our services feature talented jazz musicians in the tri-state area. The groups play standards, originals, spirituals, and hymn arrangements. A free will offering supports the mission and ministry of UMC-WW. To learn more, visit WestportUMC.org.
