Lagers and Lumberjacks Festival

Watch as up to 15 semi-professional lumberjacks compete in six different events for cash prizes, as administered by members of the Pennsylvania Professional Lumberjack Organization. Straub Brewery of St. Marys, PA, will be on-site to serve a variety of their beers for attendees to enjoy. There will be live music and food trucks to serve up tasty eats. Attendees can try their hand at using a 2-person crosscut saw or throwing some hatchets with quick instruction provided by museum personnel.

Tickets to the event provide access to the museum and all event activities. Each ticket holder will also receive two drink tickets that are each redeemable for a draft beer from the selection of brews that Straub will bring to the event.

Pre-purchase of event tickets is encouraged, must be 21 to purchase. Pre-sale ends September 12th at 3 PM, or when all available tickets are sold-out. Pre-sale ticket sales for this event are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Those under the age of 21 will be permitted to attend if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Attendees must provide a valid photo ID showing proof of age to receive an appropriately colored wrist band demonstrating to event personnel that they are 21 or over and eligible to be served alcoholic beverages. Guests under the age of 21 and Designated Drivers will be issued a different colored wrist band to demonstrate that they are not able to consume alcoholic beverages during the event.
