Local Author Presentation with Walter James Sylvia

NOUMENA blends memoir, fiction, and philosophical discourse. self-destruction and spiritual rebirth. Its nonlinear structure and surreal elements give it a dreamlike quality.

The prose has a lyrical, almost meditative quality that is immersive, that, profoundly engages with identity, addiction, and transcendence. The writing paints strong mental pictures, drawing the reader into its surreal landscape, and just may become a polished mirror for one to see themselves.

Books are available for purchase from the author at this event. Books are also available through the publisher and online retailers: https://outskirtspress.com/noumena
