"Mad Jazz Presents... a Night in the Caribbean with Etienne Charles and Creole Soul." On Saturday, July 27th, The Silk Mill in Fredericksburg will become a Caribbean haven as the international artist Etienne Charles and Creole Soul present an intimate concert benefiting Rappahannock Goodwill Industries (RGI). This unique concert merges the rhythms of Jazz with the spirit of Carnival. Trinidadian-born Etienne Charles, a performer, composer, and raconteur, is on a perpetual quest for untold stories and the sounds to express them.
