Market Jr.

MarMo Market Jr. is Galveston's youth-powered marketplace where the next generation of entrepreneurs takes center stage. Hosted at MarMo Plaza, this family-friendly event gives kids and teens under 17 the chance to launch real businesses, sell their own products, and gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurship.

Shoppers can explore everything from handmade art, jewelry, toys, and crafts to baked goods, slime, and creative inventions - all made and sold by local youth vendors. More than just a market, MarMo Market Jr. builds confidence, encourages financial literacy, and empowers young people to turn their ideas into action in a supportive community environment.

Families are invited to shop small, support local youth, and celebrate creativity, ambition, and the spirit of entrepreneurship thriving in Galveston. Every purchase helps inspire a future business owner and strengthens our community from the ground up.
