Mavericks and Multihulls

First public screening of a new sailing documentary that tells the story of multihull movement pioneers. In the 1950s and '60s, a group of radical sailors, using modern materials and engineering, reimagined 4,000-year-old multihull boat designs. The boats they built in their backyards and garages broke with convention and launched a decades-long odyssey of invention and adventure, tragedy and accomplishments across oceans, continents and cultures.
