Move for Mental Health

Whether you walk for someone you love, for your own journey, or simply to make a difference, your presence matters. Together we can help break stigma, spark conversations, and show that no one walks alone.

Get your team together, flag the date on your calendar, and click on the registration link below to get moving!

Move for Mental Health is about more than exercise. It's about releasing stress, building community, boosting mood, and reminding ourselves that taking care of our minds can start with something as simple as moving our bodies. No fitness level required. Just a willingness to show up, lace up and move with purpose.

The full walk is 3.5 km in a circle... you're invited to walk what you can and turn around at your leisure! Families encouraged. Dogs welcome. Stay for lunch and make a difference in someone's life. Because no one should have to choose between their wellbeing and their wallet.
