We invite you to take the walk of your life with NAMIWalks. Our community will stand by you and walk by your side, every step of the way. Together, we will make a powerful change in our community. "Mental Health for All," here we come. NAMIWalks definitely is for everybody, no question about that - it's the most inspirational, optimistic, meaningful event in town.

This free event features community resources, sponsor booths, interactive activities, special mascot visitors from the Reds and the Cyclones, an Opening Ceremony honoring local mental health champions, and of course the main event - a 5K(ish) Walk through Sawyer Point and Friendship Parks, along our beautiful Cincinnati riverfront. Just like mental health, this isn't a race to the finish line, it's all about the journey.

The important dollars raised go directly to NAMI Southwest Ohio, which is committed to delivering ongoing free programs, services, and expert guidance, not to mention outstanding educational options and far-reaching advocacy.

NAMIWalks is the walking example of a safe space, one that every participant embraces together. This event is accessible and family and dog friendly. Wherever you come from, you are welcome, loved, and wanted here.
