Newman Corridors Improvement Workshop Series

If you walk, bike, or roll in Newman, this workshop series is for you!
The Newman Corridors Improvement and Connectivity Plan will focus on the comfort and safety of walking, biking, and rolling on Hardin Road, T Street, Yolo Street, Inyo Avenue, and Canal School Road north to Hills Ferry Road. The Plan will outline a vision to improve the roadway environment for students getting to school and Newman residents and visitors traveling to parks, shops, dining, and jobs.
Attend the workshop series to learn more about the project and share your vision and ideas to improve safety, experience, and connectivity getting around Newman.
All ages are welcome! Students receive community service credits for participating!
Workshop Series Events:
- Opening Workshop - Monday February 5th, from 6pm to 7:30pm. Learn more about the project and provide your input. Food and refreshments will be provided.
- Drop-In Hours - Tuesday 2/6 and Wednesday 2/7 between 9am to 5pm. Drop-in at your leisure.
- Open House - Wednesday February 7th, from 6pm to 7:30pm. Come see what we learned from the workshop series!
