Path to Wellness - Free health screening! (Ages 18 and older)
Saturday, June 7, 2025, 0830 - 1130
Screenings offer blood testing for A1C, cholesterol, triglycerides, and kidney health; urine testing for kidney health; blood pressure screening; biometric measurements to assess metabolic health.
All participants receive a free 1-on-1 consult with a volunteer clinician to review their results!
First 50 participants will receive a free produce box, made possible by a grant from Salad and Go.
