Petaluma Wetlands Vision - Community Unveiling

Friends of the Petaluma River, the San Francisco Estuary Institute, and partners invite you to come down to Shollenberger Park and view a new vision for Petaluma Wetlands. Rising sea levels are threatening to flood Petaluma's marshland, which offer flood protection for the urban area upstream. The SF Estuary Institute has put together short- and long-term recommendations to protect these low-lying areas from sea level rise through natural processes. Come see the new vision and give your input! We need to hear from you.
